What do you see?
I see all different types of food, they are all relatively close to the camera. The work is figurative.
How is the work organized?
Most of the shapes are circles, except for some rectangles or squares. They also have the shapes of the food. Most of the photos are in focus which was what I was aiming for. A few were unfocused and that was on accident.
What is the artist trying to communicate?
The photos are fairly light and it's because I took the pictures inside with fairly decent lighting a majority of the time.
What do you thing of the work?
I think it was mostly successful because my whole point to these photos was to take a different perspective (from the typical landmark photos) and to photograph the foods of NY. A majority of the pictures are in focus and I really like some of them and how they turned out.
